Moonview's separate three-day assessment provides a deep and thorough
psychiatric, psychological and holistic review. Each evaluation is
customized to address specific needs identified by the client and/or
referent, with the goal of providing a detailed diagnostic report and
recommendations for further treatment as may be appropriate. Utilizing
the combined resources of our multimodal practitioner team, we are able
to provide a broad-based assessment unavailable anywhere else. Our
comprehensive rehab center and mental health facility with individual
treatment programs such as our alcohol addiction treatment will help
you fully recover.

Assessment Reports
Following the completion of the assessment, a physician will oversee a
team of experts in the creation of an integrated report that includes a
summary of the team evaluations as well as recommendations for further
treatment if applicable. This report will generally be available within
10 business days.
